How small of a hole can an adult leopard gecko get thru?

do they climb plastic/glass well ..I bought a "secure guaranteed" bio-dome..and she got out ; ( she is rather large with a big head...please no crude or ridiculous responses....only "real answers ..i have torn the small guestroom apart (carefully)..I just bought her last nite?
