I had a dream I was half naked?

I had a dream i'm only like a mile alway from my house and i'm walking there i'm also only in tighty whitey type underwear I don't usually wear. Even though i'm walking home next to a busy road the wind is so strong I'm being blown back so i'm not making much progress plus it's hard to breath because it's blowing so hard. This causes panic n the dream ends. What could this dream mean?
