Penis problems - help needed?

I get dry skin on my penis head after I masturbate. And sometimes after ive just had a normal erection. This could be caused from when i had stupidly scratched my penis head sharply about a year ago, this has now healed with a few marks from the scratching but sometimes they are barely visible. Can anyone help me on getting rid of this dry skin problem? Could baby oil cure it, i have heard that can help. P.S Im un circumsised. Thanks
