Are the British police institutionally racist?

Well done for being programmed by the british government. Racism was created by governments to divide the population and cause in fighting. All the while the mistakes the government are making and being corrupt and ripping us off can be blamed on blacks, jews, indians, polish etc. Why not try attacking the corrupt puppet eu bum licking government that is selling us out to the european union without any sign of a referendum. The national identity of this once great country is being destroyed by treasonous eu loving governments. David Cameron is one of a long line of eu loving puppets.
