Is my character a Mary-Sue?

Well, seeming as I do not know you, I can not tell you because Mary-Sue's will generally relate to the author in personality or looks. This character does not sound like a Mary-Sue, although the grey eyes are kinda cliche. (I have seen them in lots of other books) But, overall, I would like this character in a book as long as she lives up to her expectations. :D happy writing!!
